A source is taking a long time to process

Long videos, podcasts, and PDFs take longer to transcribe and analyse. You can keep working while it runs and come back when it is ready. If it appears stuck for an unusually long time, try removing and re-adding the source.

A link will not import

• Make sure the link is public and opens in a normal browser window.
• Paste the canonical URL rather than a shortened or share-tracking link.
• For YouTube, use the video URL, not a playlist or channel URL.

The deliverable is missing something

Check that every source you expected is attached to the goal, then regenerate the deliverable so it reflects the full set. If a specific source did not finish processing, its content will not be included yet.

A citation does not open

If the original source has been taken down or made private, its citations can no longer open to that moment. Re-add an available version of the source to restore the links.
